Process Water Quality Instruments from ECD
Introducing a comprehensive selection of water quality instruments from Electro Chemical Devices (ECD) including the popular T80 Transmitters and the new S80 Sensors, now available from Bell Flow Systems.
The S80 Intelligent Sensor range includes pH Sensors, ORP Sensors, Ion Selective Sensors, Dissolved Oxygen Sensors, Conductivity Sensors and Resistivity Sensors. The Sensor works by converting the analog signals from the electrode sensor cartridge into a digital protocol which allows for two way communications with the transmitter.
When connected to an ECD T80 the sensor’s information is uploaded to the analyser. This automatically configures the display and outputs of the transmitter to the values appropriate to the measurement range and type.
Sensors benefit from a long life replaceable electrode cartridges, lowering the operating cost and are available in a range of materials and sizes. Various process fittings with adjustable insertion lengths including threaded fittings, sanitary fittings, flanges and valve retractable fittings make the sensors ideal of a range of applications.
The T80 Universal Transmitter is a single or dual channel transmitter designed for continuous measurement of pH, ORP, pION, Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity, Conductivity or Resistivity in general purpose industrial environments.
The Model T80 transmitter is available as a loop powered (single channel only), a 24 VDC or a 100/240 VAC powered transmitter. The loop powered version is available with an optional HART® output. The line powered instruments have one 4-20 mA output per channel and MODBUS RTU. Contact us for more information on our range of ECD water quality instruments.
